Answer:  It is best to start looking for gowns 6 to 9 months prior to your wedding date. The majority of our brides begin shopping 1 year ahead. That allows you enough time to narrow down your selection and order the gown of your dreams. We have sample gowns off the rack, and, some designers that can fill a rush order for you.

Question:  When should I order my headpiece and veil?

Answer:  Veils can be made at your first fitting unless you would like to order a designer veil with special lace or beading on it. Headpieces and special order veils should be ordered at least 3 to 4 months before your wedding date. We do not recommend waiting for your fitting to order headpieces. However should you decide to wait you need to make a separate appointment to view our headpiece department. If you bought your dress here, you can try on the sample while trying on headpieces as long as we did not sell the sample and we still have your dress in the store.

Question:  What is your cancellation policy?

Answer:  Cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and returns are not permitted. Gowns as well as all other bridal merchandise are special ordered and made special for customers. Question:  What happens if my special order is delayed?

Answer:  We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.   Every effort is made to make sure your order arrives on time from the manufacturer.  Please understand that a “shipment date” is much different than an “arrival date”.  That is why we encourage you as the bride to purchase your special orders nine to twelve months ahead of your wedding date.
