We ask that you fill out the form in its entirety. We obviously need to collect some personal information in order to serve you. We guarantee that this information will be used only by House of JonLi Bridals and related parties to perform the services you request of us. Please read our privacy policy below for a full explanation of how we may use this information.

 

Gown Sizing

 

Though House of JonLi Bridals will order a gown of the size of your choice, (a written request is required) we strongly recommend that you provide us with professional measurements, since bridesmaid manufacturers do not offer standard sizing.

 

Bridesmaid dresses tend to run two sizes smaller than normal dress sizes. If you choose, we will compare your measurements with a size chart to determine the best size for you. We will need your normal dress size, height without shoes, shoe size, bust measurement (not bra size), waist measurement and fullest hip measurement (see * in the form below). Bridesmaid dresses are not customized and normally some tailoring is necessary. We will suggest a size assuming that your measurements have been done professionally and accurately. The size we order is ultimately your decision.

 

If you are taller than 5'8" you may need extra length or if your measurements suggest a size larger than a 16, additional charges will apply and vary with each manufacturer.

 

Shipping and Payment

A deposit of at least 55% down is required in order to place your order. Obtain the total price of your gown and accessories from the bride before ordering. House of JonLi Bridals can ship your merchandise UPS ground to you for an additional $25 (shipping, handling, and insurance). All merchandise and freight must be prepaid in full before being shipped. Please give us your shipping address (no P.O. boxes).
